Terms and Conditions

By taking part in this campaign, you confirm that your school agrees to the following terms

Fundraising Target
Your school agrees to meet the minimum fundraising target of £500 as part of your participation in the campaign. Reaching this target is essential in order to qualify for entry into the prize draw and to be eligible to receive any of the prizes on offer.

Prize Eligibility
Only schools that successfully raise and report a minimum of £500 will be eligible for inclusion in the official prize draw. Please note: Failure to reach the fundraising target means your school will not be eligible for any prizes, regardless of participation in the campaign.

Support from Mind of the Student
A designated member of the Mind of the Student team will be assigned as your point of contact. They will be available to support your school throughout your fundraising journey—offering guidance, ideas, and materials to help you reach your target.

Reporting Your Fundraising
Your school must inform Mind of the Student once the £500 fundraising target has been achieved. The deadline to report this is no later than 14th July 2025. Any reports received after this date will not be considered for the prize draw.

Prize Draw Details
The official prize draw will take place on 15th July 2025. All eligible schools will be entered automatically into the draw, and prizes will be awarded at random. Schools will be notified on the same day (15th July 2025) regarding which prize they have won.

Transparency and Verification
Mind of the Student reserves the right to request evidence of funds raised, such as screenshots or confirmations from fundraising platforms or banking records, to verify that the fundraising target has been genuinely achieved.

Amendments and Disqualification
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time or to disqualify any school found to be in breach of the conditions outlined.
