Be part of the #MOTSMovement and educate young people on mental health.
Our volunteers are psychology students and those with lived mental health experience, but we really need more volunteers (like you) to help us reach more young people.
From our MOTS Change Makers who work with their school improving mental health support, to the Youth Committee who help shape MOTS services.
Why volunteer with us?
- 91% of volunteers working with us found it rewarding
- 87% of volunteers feel confident supporting a young person who is in mental health distress
- 4/5 volunteers learnt something new including public speaking, team building and creative thinking.
- Volunteering with us will help shape our programme and service development for young people.
